Wine Glasses

Wine Glasses - The choice of the right wine glass is very important; in fact wine tasting is a matter that require the use of all senses (that is including viewing and smelling) and a wrong glass can ruin also the best wine.

Glasses should be trasparent (it allow to look better at colours) and crystal made (others trasparent materials can give unwanted reflections).

About the shape, it depends on the kind of wine. However it's better to use long stem glasses because they allow to keep fingers away from wine (otherwise they can heat wine itself and let unwanted fingerprints).
